It is very important to CONTACT US to claim for warranty purpose. To quickly process your case, we will ask for photo evidence for the problem.Once the issue is addressed, we will try to resolve the problems by offering replacement parts, full replacement or refund / reimbursements. We might also ask for the original product to be returned to claim warranty. We will cover the return postage if the purchase is made within 30 days. After that period, buyer will be responsible for the return postage, as if the item needs to be returned for warranty purpose.
Please note that the warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) unless authorised by us.
Consumable products (and accessories) such as carry bags, batteries, hoses, mats, nets, belts, cables, wheels, blades, pads, etc. are not covered once opened, used or for damage caused by general wear and tear, unless it arrive with a manufacturer's fault or DOA.
